The stator and rotor of Y2EJ. series (lE3 IP54) electromagnetic brake three-phase asynchronous motor are general use of YE3 series, the atached electromagnetic ron can be excited by direct current. While connect the three phase power soure, the electromagnetic iron can get energy and occur the magnetic atraction to atract the armatrue so as to separate the fiction surface of disk brake from the static fricionsub-phase and then rotate under the action of magnetic torque, when cut off the electicity, the magnetic iron wi also out of power and the attracion of magnet will also loss, then under the perssure of brake spring, the ammalure wil contact the disk brake and occur the firclion torque and in the tinal stop the motor. To change the stator position ater the stop of motor, we can realize the motor stop by releasing device, the proced ure is to rotate release screw, Two speclal sliding blocks and make the mutual disolacemen so as to senarate the disk brake from the staic friction sub-phase.
